Role Overview: Responsible for supporting the Director of Nursing in providing high-quality care within an assigned unit, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and satisfaction for patients, residents, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and oversee nursing operations and patient care for the unit.
• Ensure care delivery aligns with organizational mission, values, policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with staff, physicians, and therapy professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Manage human resources, including staffing, recruitment, performance assessments, and disciplinary actions.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school, college, or university.
• Current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
