Key Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic services tailored to individuals and families
- Create goal-focused, individualized service plans collaboratively with clients
- Deliver services in various settings, including homes, community locations, and offices
- Maintain accurate documentation following agency standards
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members and community partners
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
- Relevant practicum experience
- Eligibility for a WI “in training” license (APSW, MFT, or LPC)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
