Role: Substance Use Disorder Counselor
Responsibilities: Provide individual and group counseling, conduct assessments, screenings, referrals, and treatment planning. Offer case management, coordinate community support services, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and support clients in achieving recovery and stability. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in supervision, training, and professional development.
Qualifications: Valid Wisconsin SAC-IT, SAC, or CSAC credential. Associates degree in human services or related field required; bachelor's preferred. Knowledge of addiction, recovery, counseling, and case management principles. Experience with justice-involved populations is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
