Physical Therapist

Job Summary

Plans and conducts segments of treatment programs to restore and enhance patients' physical, social, and mental functions. Serves as a co-leader in an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards and identify areas needing attention.
• Develop and communicate individualized treatment and discharge plans.
• Provide therapy interventions using approved protocols and techniques.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation within set deadlines.
• Supervise assigned assistants and perform other related duties.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or foreign equivalent; licensure in practice state.
• Preferred: Two years of Physical Therapy experience.
• Certifications: Valid state licensure, BLS certification, and CPR/BLS certification from approved vendor.
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
• Ability to supervise assistants and collaborate effectively within a team.
