Role: Respiratory Therapist II responsible for delivering advanced respiratory care, medication administration, and patient assessment in critical care settings.

- Perform patient assessments, airway management, ventilator management, and arterial blood gas analysis.
- Administer aerosolized medications, bronchial hygiene, oxygen, and medical gas therapy.
- Educate patients and mentor new staff, students, and peers.
- Collaborate with healthcare team for care planning and ensure quality and safe patient care.
- Participate in procedures, pulmonary testing, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Promote a positive team environment and high standards of safety and evidence-based practice.
- Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program with a minimum of 20 science hours.
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
- 0-2 years clinical experience, with at least 6 months in critical care.
- Certified Respiratory Therapist and licensed in respiratory care.
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications, with instructor credentials preferred.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and computer skills required.
