- Float across various units such as ED, ICU, TCU, PCU, Med-Surg, and Rehab based on experience.
- Develop clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate’s, Diploma, or BSN).
- Current RN licensure in the state or with a compact license.
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or equivalent.
- Adaptability, compassion, and strong work ethic.
