- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and establish care plans.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
- Monitor patient progress, modify treatments, and educate patients and caregivers.
- Ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and communication with interdisciplinary teams.
- Participate in professional development, departmental meetings, and quality initiatives.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure and BLS certification.
- Preferred: 6 months to 1 year of experience, especially with adult and geriatric populations.
