Responsibilities: Providing physical therapy services, assessing patient needs, making clinical judgments, and developing treatment plans. Must effectively communicate with patients, families, physicians, and colleagues. Requires travel to various locations and on-call duties once a month. Prioritize tasks, demonstrate attention to detail, and handle situations with appropriate solutions.
Qualifications & Skills: Minimum one year of PT experience in an acute setting, valid state Physical Therapy license, excellent communication skills, and a valid driver’s license with auto insurance. Home care experience is preferred. Disciplined work ethic, observant, and timely in completing tasks.
