Job Summary
Responsible for performing Angiography procedures, including scrubbing, setting techniques, and capturing images, to support diagnostic and interventional radiology services.
Key Responsibilities include providing procedural assistance as circulating, scrub, or monitoring techs, ensuring patient safety through proper identification, preparation, and education, and adhering to radiation safety guidelines. The role involves developing expertise in invasive supplies and techniques, managing quality control, and maintaining a safe environment for patients and staff.
Additional duties encompass patient transport and stocking supplies. The position requires minimum two years of Angio/interventional experience or relevant certification, with skills in complex procedures, effective communication, and infection control.
Qualifications include ARRT and BCLS certifications, with ACLS/PALS within specified timeframes. Relevant state licensure and VIR certification are preferred.
The role demands physical endurance, manual dexterity, and the ability to assist with patient movement and equipment handling in a fast-paced environment.
Location: McKay-Dee Hospital, Ogden, Utah.
