Physical Therapist / Occupational Therapist (Full-time/Part time)

We are seeking a licensed PT or OT to provide home-based and community therapy services in Honolulu.

Responsibilities Include

  • Delivering therapy services in clients' homes
  • Conducting initial and follow-up assessments, including fall risk evaluations
  • Monitoring client progress to ensure high-quality care
  • Representing the organization at community events and promoting wellness initiatives

Qualifications And Skills

  • Hawaii licensure as PT or OT
  • At least 1 year of clinical or home health experience
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities
  • Comfort with outreach and public presentations
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
