Key Responsibilities
- Monitor health conditions and ensure quality services
- Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and community engagement
- Maintain safety and quality supports
- Initiate emergency procedures when needed
- Use equipment safely and report hazards or incidents
- Document progress and activities accurately
- Support resident activities, household tasks, meal prep, and room readiness
- Participate in team meetings and training while maintaining confidentiality and dignity
- High School diploma or G.E.D.
- Current CNA certification and completion of CNA program
- Optional: One year CNA experience, preferably with medically complex patients
- Current BLS, CPR, and First Aid certifications
- Effective communication skills, reliability, compassion, and a commitment to quality
