Qualifications & Skills: Valid PT license, BLS certification, minimum 1 year recent PT experience, proficiency with Epic EMR.
Key Duties: Delivering therapy services, documentation, and participating in orientation. Involves day shifts Monday-Friday, with rotating weekends and holidays for inpatient coverage.
