- Provide patient-focused, whole-person care in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and infection control measures.
- Participate in regulatory compliance and operational leadership.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure ethical and compassionate care delivery.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a valid Alaska RN license.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- At least 3 years of nursing experience and 1 year in long-term care or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or related field.
- Management, program oversight, or healthcare training experience.
