Responsibilities: Ensures compliance with legal and company policies, manages pharmacy operations including inventory flow, financials, and quality patient care, and provides supervision and development for staff. Leads community engagement and promotes a culture of safety, accuracy, and patient safety. Implements and monitors compliance initiatives, trains associates, and fosters a high-performing, inclusive team environment. Ensures operational excellence in billing, HIPAA adherence, and regulatory standards. Communicates effectively to motivate staff and enhance customer service. Drives sales and profit in pharmacy and OTC areas through effective merchandising and economic trend analysis.
Qualifications: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, pharmacy license, and completion of an ACPE immunization training program. Preferred experience includes U.S. pharmacy practice.
