- Assess patients' physical and psychosocial health through thorough examinations and diagnostics.
- Diagnose health issues and oversee care planning and implementation.
- Coordinate with healthcare team to deliver and evaluate patient care.
- Maintain accurate records and legal documents.
- Develop personalized education plans and counsel patients and families on health matters.
- Participate in research, community health programs, and policy development to improve healthcare services.
- Master’s degree in nursing with specialized expertise.
- Active Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and Registered Nurse licenses in Hawaii.
- National Provider Identifier and Basic Life Support certification.
