Responsibilities
- Providing ethical, elder-centered care in collaboration with team members
- Managing operational aspects and ensuring quality and infection control standards
- Participating in regulatory compliance and organizational initiatives
- Contributing to a culture of mutual respect and continuous improvement
- Registered Nurse license in Alaska and graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Minimum of 3 years RN experience, including 1 year in long-term care
- Current BLS certification
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in health sciences, experience in program management, human resources, healthcare training, quality improvement, or infection control
- Strong collaborative and ethical approach to elder care
- Operational management and regulatory compliance skills
- Commitment to quality improvement and infection control
