- Partner with the Nurse Residency Supervisor to maintain and enhance program standards, curriculum, and processes that support resident development and retention.
- Plan, implement, evaluate, and refine the residency program for effectiveness and sustainability.
- Facilitate residency classes in collaboration with Clinical Nurse Educators.
- Establish and track measurable outcomes, ensuring accountability and performance expectations.
- Collaborate with site leadership to ensure consistent program execution and performance.
- Support faculty, preceptors, residents, and leadership by assessing knowledge and practice gaps.
- Champion a high-quality, mission-driven program aligned with organizational goals, fostering interprofessional collaboration.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in an acute care setting.
- Current RN license in applicable states.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
