Pay Range
$35.18 - $51.01 /hour

- Partner with the Nurse Residency Supervisor to maintain and continuously improve program standards, curriculum, processes, and resident progression.
- Plan, implement, evaluate, and enhance the Nurse Residency Program to ensure a successful transition-to-practice experience.
- Facilitate nurse residency classes in collaboration with Clinical Nurse Educators and other interdisciplinary partners.
- Monitor program outcomes, timelines, and key performance metrics while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with nursing leadership, preceptors, educators, and faculty to support resident development, identify learning needs, and ensure a consistent, mission-driven program experience.
Job Requirements
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in the acute care setting
- Current license as RN in Nebraska, Iowa or multi-state compact license
- Basic Life Support (BLS or BLS instructor) is required upon hire through the American Heart Association
