Role Overview: The Nurse Residency Site Coordinator is a leadership position responsible for managing and enhancing the nurse residency program at the site level.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with program leadership and clinical teams to maintain program standards, structure, and curriculum. Facilitate residency classes, track measurable outcomes, and ensure program effectiveness and sustainability. Support faculty, preceptors, residents, and leadership by assessing practice gaps and promoting high-quality, mission-driven experiences. Serve as the on-site champion, ensuring alignment across teams and providing visible support to residents.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, at least 2 years of clinical experience in acute care, and current RN licensure in relevant states. BLS certification is required. Ability to develop, evaluate, and refine program processes, foster interprofessional collaboration, and support resident progression.
Work Environment: Supports work-life balance with a Monday–Friday schedule, free from weekends and holidays.
