- Manage inventory, monitor usage, assist with recalls, backorders, and substitutions.
- Collaborate with procurement teams and suppliers for timely delivery of supplies and equipment.
- Handle priority and special-order requests, generate reports, and maintain records.
- Support staff with prioritization, issue resolution, and emergency requisitions.
- Conduct inventory management activities and adjust par levels as needed.
- Participate in recruitment, retention, performance reviews, and staff development.
- Ensure compliance with policies, document employee concerns, and perform duties to assist workloads.
- Provide training on policies, procedures, and communication within assigned areas.
- Participate in annual audits and inventory assessments.
- High school diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years of healthcare or warehouse experience.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, aseptic techniques, and inventory management.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication across organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn relevant information systems.
