What You'll Do
Create a Welcoming & Professional Hiring Experience
- Support full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer coordination
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging experience
- Maintain accurate candidate records and workflows in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Lead New Hire Orientation & Training
- Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation sessions
- Facilitate onboarding activities including paperwork, compliance requirements, and system access
- Deliver and support new hire training to promote confidence and engagement
- Act as a resource for new employees during their onboarding journey
Support HR Systems & Processes
- Maintain employee records in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
- Track onboarding progress and assist with reporting and metrics
- Help evaluate and improve recruiting and onboarding processes
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- One to two (1–2) years of experience in recruiting and onboarding
- Associate (two-year) degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency with ATS and HRIS systems
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills

Pay range, depending on experience: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
