What You'll Do
As a Resident Assistant, you'll provide hands‑on, resident‑centered care that supports dignity, independence, and quality of life. Your day may include:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Providing compassionate personal care while respecting each resident's privacy and preferences
- Responding promptly to call lights and resident safety devices
- Monitoring residents' well‑being and communicating changes to the care team
- Supporting residents with meals, hydration, and nutrition
- Encouraging participation in activities and meaningful daily engagement
- Accurately documenting care provided and observations before the end of your shift
- Following all safety, infection control, and resident rights standards
This role includes hands‑on care and physical activity throughout the shift, including standing, walking, assisting with transfers, and responding to resident needs. You'll work in a senior living healthcare setting that may include assisted living and memory care, with varying shifts to support 24/7 resident care.
You'll never be expected to do this alone-teamwork and communication are key to how we care for residents and each other.

We are hiring for a combination of Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School/GED
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful with older adults
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced caregiving environment
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions and document care accurately
- Willing to complete required training and certifications
- Prior caregiving or senior living experience is helpful, but not required-we'll train the right person

Pay range, depending on experience: $16.00 to $20.00 per hour with shift differential if applicable.
