Business Development Representative (BDR) - AI-Powered SaaS

Location: New York, NY - Hybrid (Tues–Thurs in office)

Compensation: $70,000–$85,000 base uncapped commissions (OTE $110K–$125K)

Promotion Path: 12–18 months to Account Executive

💥 What You’ll Do

  • Build and own outbound campaigns targeting finance and operations leaders at mid-market and enterprise orgs
  • Generate qualified meetings through creative prospecting, cold calls, personalized outreach, and social engagement
  • Collaborate with AEs and Marketing to test new plays, refine messaging, and drive conversion
  • Manage pipeline and performance metrics in Salesforce
  • Consistently hit (and beat) your activity and meeting targets
  • Help shape the playbook for what best-in-class outbound looks like here

🚀 What We’re Looking For

  • 1–5 years of professional experience (sales, customer-facing, or competitive environment)
  • Proven outbound motion - not afraid of cold calls or building your own book
  • High energy, grit, and self-discipline - thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Strong communication and EQ; clear writer, confident speaker
  • Startup mindset: resourceful, self-managed, and eager to learn
  • Experience in B2B SaaS a plus, but drive and hunger matter more
