Impact Business Development Consulting LLC (IBDC) is a dynamic, New York-based boutique consulting firm dedicated to empowering domestic & international food and beverage brands. We specialize in helping our clients navigate the complexities of the North American market, scale their businesses, and achieve sustainable growth.
We are looking for a dynamic, autonomous, and creative intern to support our 2026 growth and client projects. This is a unique opportunity to see the "behind-the-scenes" of the NYC retail ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Field Marketing & Store Checks: Visit key NYC retailers (grocery, specialty, premium stores) to assist the team with store checks, and analyze the competitive landscape.
- Content Creation: Help create engaging visual content (Reels, photos, TikToks) directly in-store to showcase product/category presence for our digital marketing campaigns.
- Client Logistics: Assist with the management and shipping of product samples to key buyers and partners.
- Event & Webinar Support: Help coordinate the logistics for upcoming industry events, trade shows, and educational webinars for our international clients.
Qualifications
- Candidate must be fully authorized to work in the U.S. and not require visa sponsorship
- Available for 3 months minimum
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, Business Administration, Food Science, International Business, or a related field.
- Based in or near New York City (Must be able to travel to stores in Manhattan/Brooklyn/Queens).
- Strong interest in the Food & Beverage industry and the NYC retail scene.
- Creative mindset with basic skills in video editing (CapCut, Canva, or similar) for social media.
- Autonomous, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Excellent communication skills
