Marketing Director: Construction Management / General Contracting - Cultural Projects, Large Scale Public Design Build, Higher Education, Residential, Retail, Institutional - NYC (possible national expansion). Salary up to 200k, not hybrid - full time in office.
Position focused on Marketing & Business Development, related to identifying new opportunities, appearing as a proxy for ownership and principals at events and ceremonies, some outreach to new relationships. Otherwise the role is a true manager role overseeing marketing management personnel.
