Logistics Operations Coordinator

As a Logistics Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a key role on our Operations Team, working closely with customers and internal teams to keep trucks moving efficiently and profitably.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the Freight Matchmaker – Secure loads from customers and align them with available trucks to maximize productivity.
• Collaborate Across Teams – Work with Inside Sales and others to lock in freight and ensure smooth coordination.
• Own the Details – Accurately enter load data into our system and maintain up-to-date customer profiles.
• Drive Efficiency – Schedule pickups and plan routes that optimize transit time and reduce downtime.
• Competitiveness - This is a uncapped commission based role that could lead to big profits.
• Stay Connected – Communicate daily with sales reps to balance truck availability and freight coverage.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required
• 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced setting
• Logistics or planning experience is a plus

Pay: $45,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
