Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate transportation of goods to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
- Maintain strong working relationships with carriers and help negotiate rates
- Process and manage customer orders with accuracy and urgency
- Prepare and maintain detailed shipping documentation and records
- Provide shipment updates to customers and internal teams
- Address and resolve any shipping issues, discrepancies, or delays
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and internal procedures
- Identify areas for improvement in logistics processes and assist with implementing changes
- Deliver a high level of customer service through clear and timely communication
- Support day-to-day logistics operations and collaborate across teams
- 1 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or customer service (preferred)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in logistics software, shipment tracking tools, and vendor portals
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a team environment
- Strong sense of ownership and urgency
