Field Service Engineer - Food Service Equipment

Our company, Meiko US is a leading equipment manufacturer in the ware-washing industry. We are currently seeking a qualified Field Service Engineer based out of the Nashville area. We have an exciting opportunity for a successful-minded individual to join this rapidly growing company.
General:
- Position is the Nashville, Tennessee area
- Perform commonly required repairs on ware-washing and sanitizing equipment
- Supervising installs of dish washers in the immediate and surrounding areas
- Attending to high profile accounts to address service needs, operational/training issues
- Position includes detailed customer assistance efforts in both Health Care and Food Catering divisions, aside from general food service divisions in normal commercial kitchen applications (local restaurants, hotels, hospitals, venues, etc.)
- Promoting company professionalism and a high degree of customer service that results in customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- At least one year experience in installation and/or field supervision of food equipment, or equivalent in Technical School education
- 2 years of plumbing, electronics, PLC usage and electrical experience preferred
- Ability to file accurate reports upon installation/service completion
- Excellent customer relations skills, follow-up skills, organizational skills
- Excellent self-motivation and time-management skills
- Willingness to travel to immediate and surrounding areas on short notice as needed
- Must have a clean driving record.
