Responsibilities
Program Oversight & Delivery
- Manage cross-functional technology programs across all ESA domains.
- Create and oversee detailed project plans, schedules, and key milestones.
- Utilize both Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional (PMBOK, Waterfall) methodologies.
- Monitor performance through KPIs and OKRs; champion continuous improvement.
- Align internal teams and external vendors to achieve delivery targets.
- Collaborate with teams in Enterprise Architecture, Cloud, Platform, Data & AI, Application, and Network.
- Guarantee alignment with organizational architecture standards and the strategic roadmap.
- Aid in integrating on-premises systems with cloud-based platforms.
- Document system designs, governance models, and implementation guides.
- Develop dashboards to illustrate team capacity, resource distribution, and project health.
- Convert complex data into actionable insights for executive decision-making.
- Assist in strategic planning and operational governance.
- Partner with Capital Projects, OT, Infrastructure, Product, and Cybersecurity units.
- Supervise 10–20 personnel; offer coaching and performance management.
- Oversee team priorities, resource supply/demand, and operational readiness.
- Act as an ESA representative in technical reviews, planning meetings, and industry events.
- Proactively identify delivery risks and create mitigation plans.
- Lead post-implementation reviews and performance assessments.
- Foster innovation and process enhancements across ESA systems.
- Ensure quality control and compliance for all program deliverables.
Salary : $60 - $65
