We are seeking an experienced IT Sourcing Specialist to execute sourcing strategies and manage the full contract lifecycle. This role is responsible for processing mid-to-high complexity requisitions, primarily through RFPs, to drive business value, cost savings, and efficiencies. You will collaborate with Project Managers, Legal, Cybersecurity, and other stakeholders to ensure successful procurement outcomes.

- Manage the end-to-end RFP process for assigned categories, from requisition review to contract award.
- Develop high-quality award recommendations and documentation.
- Evaluate RFP responses for compliance, conduct pricing analysis, and lead vendor negotiations.
- Determine and execute non-RFP procurement strategies, including leveraging existing state/city contracts.
- Prepare and submit Board approval paperwork for high-value requisitions as required.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for spend consolidation, cost savings, and diversity spend goals.
- Interpret and apply legal statutes, procurement guidelines, and agency rules to all activities.
- Negotiate contracts in partnership with Legal and stakeholders, ensuring appropriate terms.
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, including execution, change management, issue resolution, renewal, and closeout.
- Monitor contract performance to ensure delivery and pricing compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to validate Scope of Work and drive consensus.
- Lead cross-functional meetings and manage key business relationships.
- Build and maintain effective supplier relationships to ensure optimal service and value.
- Achieve savings, value creation, and diversity spend targets.
- Meet stakeholder requirements and achieve a high percentage of planned vs. executed events.
- BA/BS in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sourcing, contract management, and RFP strategies.
- Strong knowledge of procure-to-pay processes, procurement policies, and associated risks.
- Experience with ERP Purchasing applications and procurement software.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and solve complex problems in a cross-functional environment.
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
Salary : $40 - $50
