The business is already well-established across Europe, working with leading pharma organisations, and is now expanding its US commercial presence, starting with Boston.
They’re hiring a Senior SDR to drive pipeline generation and establish a strong outbound presence in the US.
The Role
This is a high-impact, high-activity SDR role with real backing behind it.
You will:
- Execute high-quality outbound campaigns into US pharma/biotech accounts
- Leverage an already proven GTM motion from Europe
- Target senior stakeholders across:
- Clinical Development
- Pharmacovigilance
- Regulatory Affairs
- Work closely with leadership to refine US messaging and targeting
- Combine volume precision (this is not spray-and-pray)
Expect:
- Strong outbound focus (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
- Existing infrastructure (CRM, messaging, ICP)

What They’re Looking For
Must have:
- 1.5–4 years SDR/BDR experience in B2B SaaS
- Proven outbound success (meetings booked, pipeline generated)
- Experience with structured outbound (not just high activity)
- Comfortable targeting senior stakeholders
Strong plus:
Exposure to:
- Life sciences / pharma / biotech
- Data / AI / analytics platforms
- Experience in US enterprise or mid-market sales
