Meet Life Sciences is partnering with an innovative healthcare/pharma-focused organization looking to hire a Head of Client Operations to build and scale operational excellence across a growing commercial engagement team.
This is a highly strategic leadership opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of pharma marketing, process optimization, team operations, and client delivery.
What youβll do:
β’ Develop and implement scalable operational playbooks across creative, medical, and commercial teams
β’ Optimize workflows and delivery processes across 20 pharmaceutical accounts
β’ Drive operational efficiency, resource coordination, and cross-functional collaboration
β’ Identify bottlenecks, track metrics, and partner with product/leadership teams to improve execution
β’ Lead meetings and operational planning across multiple disciplines to ensure seamless client delivery
What weβre looking for:
β 7β12 years of pharmaceutical advertising/marketing agency experience
β Strong background in client operations, program management, or delivery leadership
β Experience managing large teams and overseeing complex life sciences/pharma accounts
β Deep understanding of pharma creative workflows and operational infrastructure
β Highly organized, process-oriented, analytical, and detail-driven mindset
β Passion for building scalable systems in a fast-growing environment
Bonus points for:
β’ Experience leveraging AI tools like Claude, Cursor, or other workflow automation platforms
β’ Familiarity with Figma, Adobe, or creative collaboration tools
