Key Responsibilities
Business & Growth Leadership
- Build and execute the go-to-market strategy for a new healthcare staffing division.
- Define target markets, service offerings, and growth priorities.
- Scale the business to achieve sustained, double-digit revenue growth.
- Establish a scalable operating model from an early-stage foundation.
- Personally drive new business development, especially in early stages.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales organization.
- Develop pricing strategy, deal structure, and account expansion plans.
- Establish and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Build and oversee recruiting teams aligned to each vertical.
- Ensure strong candidate pipelines and delivery performance.
- Own key performance metrics including fill rates, time-to-fill, and retention.
- Maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and margin discipline.
- Own full P&L, including revenue, margin, and cost management.
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Partner with shared services (HR, finance, marketing, technology).
- Drive operational efficiency and scalable processes.
- Hire, develop, and lead sales and recruiting leaders.
- Build a performance-driven, entrepreneurial culture.
- Establish accountability, cadence, and execution discipline.
- Act as a visible and engaged leader within the organization.
- 7–10 years of leadership experience in healthcare staffing.
- Direct experience in behavioral health, therapy, and/or locum tenens preferred.
- Proven track record of building and scaling a staffing business (ideally $40M ).
- Strong client-facing sales experience with history of generating new business.
- Experience leading both sales and recruiting organizations.
- P&L ownership or direct responsibility for revenue and margin performance.
- Entrepreneurial and execution-oriented.
- Comfortable building structure in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Commercially driven and data-oriented.
- High standards for performance, accountability, and quality.
- Lucrative six figure compensation package based on experience.
- Potential for equity or long-term incentive participation.
- Clear path to President within 12–24 months based on performance.
