The Vice President, Strategic Partnerships is a senior, high-visibility leadership role at the center of that momentum.This is not a traditional national accounts position. We are seeking a business builder, an executive who cultivates deep, trusted relationships with home office leaders and platform decision-makers. You will own a portfolio of Meeder's most important external partnerships and be fully accountable for their growth, performance, and long-term strategic impact. Your work will open doors, accelerate adoption, and create a durable competitive advantage for the firm.

Primary Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership Development
- Own and grow a portfolio of Meeder's highest-priority strategic relationships across broker-dealers, RIAs, TAMPs, and institutional platforms
- Serve as the senior point of contact for assigned partners - operating with the credibility, presence, and strategic perspective that home office leadership expects
- Proactively source and evaluate new partnership opportunities aligned with Meeder's investment capabilities and growth objectives
- Develop and execute tailored business plans with clear growth objectives, activity priorities, and accountability milestones for each key relationship
- Drive AUM growth within strategic accounts through expanded advisor engagement and increased adoption of Meeder solutions
- Lead efforts to expand Meeder's presence on partner platforms - model marketplaces, recommended lists, and managed account programs
- Position and promote the full breadth of Meeder's investment capabilities, including model portfolios, mutual funds, Private Wealth solutions, Meeder Edge, and consulting services
- Partner with investment and product teams to deliver solutions tailored to the specific needs and priorities of each strategic relationship
- Work closely with internal sales, marketing, investment, and operations teams to execute on partnership commitments and deliver a seamless partner experience
- Coordinate responses to RFPs, DDQs, and platform due diligence requirements - ensuring Meeder shows up with precision and professionalism
- Maintain accurate pipeline, opportunity, and contact records within CRM; provide regular reporting on account performance and progress toward goals
- Conduct regular business reviews with strategic partners and bring insights back into the organization to inform product, marketing, and distribution strategy

Position Requirements
Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or CFA preferred
- 8–12 years of experience in strategic accounts, national accounts, or institutional distribution within the investment management industry
- FINRA Series 7 required (or ability to obtain); Series 63/65 or 66 preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 40–50% of the time
- Exceptional relationship-building instincts — ability to earn trust quickly and sustain it over time
- Strategic thinker with the ability to connect day-to-day account activity to broader business outcomes
- Highly self-motivated with a bias for action and a competitive, results-oriented mindset
- Strong executive presence and communication skills — equally effective in a boardroom and a one-on-one conversation
- Organized and disciplined in managing a complex, multi-account portfolio with competing priorities
- Collaborative team player who leads with generosity and holds themselves and others to high standards
- Proven track record of growing high-value relationships and driving asset flows within broker-dealer, RIA, or platform environments
- Strong understanding of investment products — mutual funds, model portfolios, separately managed accounts — and how platforms evaluate and adopt them
- Deep familiarity with home office structures, shelf space dynamics, and platform decision processes
