In this role, you will…
- Support divisional marketing initiatives by executing various marketing projects using our project management system.
- Assist in managing the day-to-day activities of projects, including overseeing project responsibilities and schedules.
- Capture detailed meeting notes and transcribe recordings when requested.
- Help ensure adherence to quality standards, processes and compliance on an ongoing basis.
- Use MedPro’s provided systems and processes to communicate project updates and needs with team.
- Participate in company and community activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 1 year of college in business or related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Possess capability to self-start projects and leverage proactive communication in the process.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and grasp new concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment or independently.
- Strong PC skills to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Year-round availability: 15-20 hours/week during the school year and 40 hours/week during the summer.
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship, both now and in the future.
