Are you ready to step into a critical leadership role at a major hyperscale data center project in Fort Wayne, Indiana? Relocation into Fort Wayne or neighboring areas is available! We need a Quality and Commissioning Owners Representative (Cx OR) to start within the next two - four weeks!
This is a high-impact position where youβll drive quality and commissioning (QCx) program execution, ensuring compliance with program initiatives and key project milestones. Youβll work closely with Data Center Services (DCS), Data Center Operations (DCOps), and General Contractors (GCs) to uphold safety, performance, and quality standards while overseeing commissioning and quality teams on-site.

π Job Details:
π Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana (On-Site Full-Time)
π Start Date: ASAP β Within the Next Two - Four Weeks
π Duration: Full project lifecycle, supporting commissioning and quality control
Key Responsibilities:
β Act as the single point of contact for all Owner Quality and Commissioning (Cx) requirements on-site
β Oversee CxA and QA team management to ensure deliverables are met on time and accurately
β Manage the Quality Control & Commissioning Program, ensuring compliance at all Cx stage gates
β Align overall Cx scope between GC, subcontractors, and the CxA
β Monitor BIM360 and Asset module implementation, troubleshooting issues before escalation
β Drive testing and inspections, including L1-L5 readiness and deferred Cx testing
β Support technical escalations, vendor coordination, and warranty issue resolution
β Track & report commissioning progress, escalating risks and deviations as needed
β Ensure Cx schedule alignment, coordinating with project planners and key stakeholders
β Participate in weekly defect review meetings, ensuring a βzero defectβ mindset
β Attend and lead Quality & Cx kickoff meetings, OAC meetings, daily Cx syncs, and FAT/FWT discussions
β Work closely with General Contractors, Subcontractors, and DCS teams to ensure seamless execution
Qualifications:
π 5 years in Quality and Commissioning roles, ideally in mission-critical/data center projects
π Experience managing CxA, QA teams, and General Contractors
π§ Strong technical expertise in electrical/power distribution & mechanical systems
π‘ Proficiency in QA/Cx processes, issue tracking, and schedule management
π Experience with BIM360, AODocs, Windchill, and Google Suite
π Certifications (CxA, PMP, LEED) are a plus
