In this role, you will…
- Manage and triage customer service email inbox.
- Support all sales initiatives related to new business production, retention, and utilization of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Manage and prioritize multiple assignments.
- On a daily basis, issue Certificate of Insurance (COIs,) credentialing letters, loss runs, and support renewal/retention efforts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 1 year of college completed towards a BA/BS degree in business or related field.
- Proven ability to work on a team or operate independently and prioritize job duties.
- Outstanding interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to succeed in high-volume environments requiring personal organization, multitasking, and regular reprioritization with short turnaround time on items of high impact.
- Experience in researching and accurately resolving technical subject matter while working under pressure and within time constraints.
- Strong customer service skills for use with internal and external customers with the ability to effectively handle incoming calls and deal with difficult situations.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Advanced understanding of Excel is a plus.
- P&C License is a plus.
- Year-round availability: 15-20 hours/week during the school year and 40 hours/week during the summer.
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship, both now and in the future.
