Join a modern, physician-owned facility accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care. This facility features 4 operating rooms and 4 treatment rooms, supporting a wide range of multispecialty procedures including Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Urology, ENT, Pain Management, Orthopedics, and Vascular. As a Sterile Processing Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring surgical readiness and patient safety by expertly maintaining and preparing all surgical instruments and supplies.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and care for all surgical instruments and equipment.
Prepare necessary supplies and instruments for diverse surgery cases.
Adapt quickly to changing patient conditions and surgical needs.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of proven Sterile Processing experience.
Experience operating all types of sterilizers.
Strong knowledge of operating room instrumentation and procedures.
Familiarity with medical terminology and departmental supply items.
Demonstrated soft skills: reliable, self-driven, and highly adaptable.
Preferred Qualifications
Completion of a recognized Sterile Process Certification program.
