Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct clinical services to families referred through Child Protective Services, including assessing family needs.
• Serve as an Intimate Partner Violence (IPV) subject matter expert during planning conferences.
• Coordinate individualized internal and external referrals based on family needs.
• Facilitate warm handoffs to appropriate community-based providers and services.
• Facilitate trainings for clinical and child protective services teams.
• Participate in relevant internal and external meetings.
• Provide after-hours clinical consultation as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Must hold an active clinical license; limited permits are not accepted (LMSW, LMFC, LCAT, LMHC).
• Experience working with families impacted by Intimate Partner Violence (IPV).
• 3–5 years of licensed clinical experience.
• Experience with Evidence-Based Models and multiple assessment measures.
• Strong commitment to a healing-centered, family-driven, and anti-oppressive approach.
• Highly organized and able to manage competing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Connections.

Preferred Skills:

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work in a field office in Brooklyn.
• Ability to travel throughout the Brooklyn community for visits.

Schedule/Shift:

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM or 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
