- Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling appointments
- Manage patient checkin and checkout processes
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Provide clear instructions to patients regarding upcoming visits
- Verify patient information and update records in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Maintain accurate appointment scheduling and clinic calendars
- Support providers and clinical staff by coordinating patient flow
- Assist with general front desk administrative duties
- Provide professional and friendly customer service to all patients
- Experience in customer service, medical front desk, or reception
- Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment
- Professional demeanor and strong organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting
- Familiarity with medical scheduling and electronic health records (EHR)
