This individual will operate as the leader of the division, responsible for scaling the business, strengthening referral relationships, and building a best-in-class operation.

- Established home infusion services provider focused on nursing/staffing support (non-pharmacy)
- Servicing New York City, Westchester, and Hudson Valley
- ~$500K in current revenue with strong growth potential
- Existing network of 15–20 contracts, including national partners
Key Model Insight:
Patient volume is driven by infusion pharmacies, who refer cases to agencies for nursing support. Growth is driven by relationship strength and consistency, not traditional outbound sales.
The Role
As Head of Operations / General Manager, you will have full responsibility for the performance of the business, including:
Operations Leadership
- Oversee day-to-day operations and service delivery
- Ensure high-quality, reliable staffing for all cases
- Build scalable processes and infrastructure
Growth & Business Development
- Strengthen and expand relationships with infusion pharmacies
- Increase utilization of existing contracts
- Identify and secure new referral sources
Team & Performance Management
- Lead, manage, and grow the clinical staffing function
- Drive accountability and performance across the team
Strategic Ownership
- Set and execute growth strategy
- Partner with ownership on expansion plans and long-term vision
