About the Role
As a key driver of growth, you will be responsible for developing and executing a territory-based sales strategy focused on referral development and client acquisition.
You will represent the agency to:
- Hospitals and discharge planners
- Skilled nursing facilities (SNFs)
- Assisted living facilities (ALFs)
- Physicians and medical groups
- Case managers and social workers
- Community organizations
Core Responsibilities
Business Development
- Build and maintain strong referral relationships across assigned territory
- Generate consistent new client referrals and admissions
- Identify and penetrate new referral sources and underserved markets
- Execute weekly in-person visits, calls, and follow-ups
Sales Execution
- Own the full sales cycle: outreach → relationship building → referral conversion
- Track pipeline activity and maintain accurate CRM documentation
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly census growth targets
Marketing & Brand Presence
- Represent the agency at networking events, community outreach, and industry functions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Deliver presentations and education to referral sources on services and value proposition
Qualifications
- 2 years of home care, healthcare, or related B2B sales experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Existing relationships in the local healthcare market is a major plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-starter with high accountability and urgency
