Senior Management Analyst
Cetechs is seeking a Senior Management Analyst to provide high-level administrative, analytical, and technical support to the Risk Management Branch within the Federal Protective Service (FPS).
Key Responsibilities
Program & Data Management
· Maintain automated systems to track suspense dates, monitor project milestones, and manage work breakdown structures.
· Develop, validate, and disseminate recurring progress, funding, and status reports to leadership.
· Collect, compile, and verify data from technical specialists and program managers for transformation into standardized reports and dashboards.
· Support development and modification of databases to improve program management accountability and operational efficiency.
· Monitor the Law Enforcement and Security Program Management (LESPM) SharePoint site for document submissions, ensuring data integrity and currency.
· Conduct complex operational and technical research projects independently, using data from diverse information systems.
· Analyze findings and prepare professional analytical products with strategic recommendations for management decision-making.
· Utilize federal directives, regulations, and guidelines to assist with implementing program changes and ensuring compliance.
· Generate and evaluate statistical and performance reports to track Facility Security Assessments (FSAs), Pre-Lease Surveys, and incident data for quality and completeness.
Program Implementation & Support
· Assist in preparing, binding, and distributing completed Facility Security Assessments and other program documentation to management and stakeholders.
· Coordinate collection, filing, and accountability of forms such as DHS Form 3155 Incident Reports and cross-reference missing reports against MegaCenter records.
· Support preparation of unfunded security countermeasure requirement packages for submission to the FPS national Acquisition Review Board.
· Provide logistical, operational, and analytical support to ensure program compliance across law enforcement and security initiatives.
· Assist leadership in the preparation of recurring status reports, database updates, and statistical analyses for internal and external reporting.
Education and Required Skills
· Education: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from an accredited institution is required.
· Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in security, intelligence, or law enforcement fields.
· Solid understanding of federal operations, program management practices, and analytical methodologies.
· Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Ability to learn new computer systems quickly.
· Analytical Ability: Skilled at conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, interpreting data, and producing actionable insights.
· Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings to leadership clearly and concisely.
· Organization: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain high accuracy under pressure.
Team Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with technical specialists, program managers, and senior federal officials.
