Management Analyst

Jamison Professional Services, Inc. (“Jamison”) is currently seeking a qualified and motivated candidate for the position of Management Analyst.

Job Title: Management Analyst

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:

Management Analyst performs tasks requiring delivery of analysis and advice for management regarding the evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of large-scale healthcare programs and operations. Tasks may include conducting organization studies that specifically assess and analyze current organization states and management systems; performing gap analyses of differences between current and targeted states; documenting and delivering findings and recommendations; and conducting surveys, focus groups, and other accepted techniques for data collection in support of organization studies that specifically assess and analyze current organization states and management systems.

REQUIRED AND DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

BA/BS Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience with the government procurement or budgeting process.
4 Years experience in Management Analyst.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conducting organization studies.
• Performing gap analyses.
• Documenting and delivering findings and recommendations.
• Conducting surveys, focus groups, and other accepted techniques for data collection.

We are seeking candidates available to work onsite at various locations nationwide. This role requires candidates to be available to work in-person at designated sites nationwide.
