Compensation & Schedule
- Weekly Gross Pay: Up to $2,136
- Hourly Rate: $26/hour
- Weekly Non-Taxed Stipend: $1,200 (for qualified travelers)
- Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks

You will collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure positive patient outcomes and an outstanding patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to physician orders
- Monitor patient conditions and report significant changes to providers
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
- Delegate tasks appropriately to nursing assistants and ancillary staff
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical record documentation
- Promote patient safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance
- Support departmental goals and contribute to a positive team environment
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience
- Current BLS Certification through the American Heart Association
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking abilities
- Experience with electronic medical records and computer-based charting systems
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Specialty certification in Medical-Surgical Nursing
- Previous travel nursing experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding patient care activities, including lifting and repositioning patients
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and patient handling
- Routine exposure to blood, bodily fluids, tissues, and communicable diseases
- Potential exposure to hazardous medications and healthcare waste
- Must adhere to all infection prevention, safety, and compliance standards
