Compensation & Schedule
- Weekly Gross Pay: $1,978
- Hourly Rate: $23/hour
- Overtime Rate: $45/hour
- Weekly Non-Taxed Stipend: $1,150
- Shift: Nights | 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to behavioral health crises
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
- Promote a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff
- Active RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 2 years of recent nursing experience
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Experience with electronic charting systems and web-based applications
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- Behavioral Health or Psychiatric Nursing experience
- Specialty nursing certification
- CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) certification within 12 months of hire
- Ability to lift, move, and assist patients as required
- Ability to work in environments with potential exposure to hazardous medications and waste
- No restrictions on nursing license or certifications
