Required Skills
- Valid New York RN license
- Current AHA BLS certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience
- Ability to manage multiple patients with a patient ratio of 1:5
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Nice to Have Skills
- Previous experience in a high-volume emergency department
- Advanced Certifications such as ACLS or PALS
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- At least 2 years of experience working in emergency care settings
Other Requirements
- Night shift availability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Flexibility to adapt to shift changes and additional on-call hours as needed
