Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist for a full-time position at an outpatient clinic in Gray, GA. The ideal candidate must have an active Georgia Pharmacist license, current BLS certification, and at least 2 years of clinical pharmacist experience.

Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently in accordance with physician orders and pharmacy regulations
• Counsel patients regarding medication usage, dosage instructions, side effects, and potential drug interactions
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy and patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate prescription records and patient profiles while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards

Required

• Active Pharmacist license in GA
• BLS
• 2 years of Clinical Pharmacist experience

Preferred

• Nice to have knowledge in Pharmaceutical care, Medication therapy management, Drug utilization review, Patient counseling, Compounding, Inventory management, Regulatory compliance, Clinical research, Drug interaction assessment, Prescription verification
