Position: Registered Nurse

Duration: Long-term Contract
Shift:
- Tuesday–Friday
- 7:00 AM–2:00 PM, with a 60-minute unpaid meal break
- 24 hours per week
- Some weekends may be required.
Pay Rate: $45/Hr - $48/hr on W2

Job Description:
Long-term Contract RN position in Augusta, GA. Requires a Georgia RN license and BSN/RN-to-MSN education. Schedule is Tuesday–Friday, 7:00 AM–2:00 PM, with a 60-minute unpaid meal break and 24 guaranteed hours per week. Some weekends may be required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and administer medications.
- Monitor patient health status and perform clinical assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans with the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
- Participate in quality improvement and maintain a safe care environment.
Requirements:
- Active Georgia RN license.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing / RN-to-MSN required.
- High school diploma required.
- BLS certification.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Some weekend availability may be required.
