Pay Range: $60/hr - $65/hr
Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Days: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri
Start Date: 08/10/2026 or later
Job Type: Contract (8 Weeks with the possibility of extension)

Position Summary: The RN Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing daily nursing operations within the unit, ensuring high-quality patient care, staff supervision, and compliance with healthcare regulations. This role involves managing nursing staff, coordinating care plans, and maintaining a safe and efficient clinical environment while promoting positive patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage nursing staff, including scheduling and performance evaluation
Oversee patient care delivery and ensure compliance with clinical standards
Coordinate and implement individualized care plans with interdisciplinary teams
Monitor patient outcomes and address any changes in condition
Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to regulatory requirements
Support staff training, mentoring, and development
Maintain infection control, safety protocols, and quality assurance standards
Handle admissions, discharges, and overall unit operations

Requirements:
Active, unrestricted RN License
BLS Certification by AHA
COVID card or Medical / Religious Exemption.
